Orders are normally fulfilled from our local warehouse in the destination country.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during promotions, product launches, or peak seasons.
We offer free standard shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom.
If express shipping or another paid shipping option is available, the applicable cost will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
United States: 3–7 business days;
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing items, contact info@hotvoiceai.com or our online customer service within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos or videos showing the package and product condition.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, the building reception, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
We will assist with eligible carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or theft after confirmed delivery.
