We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be in like-new condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
To request a return, email info@hotvoiceai.com or contact our online customer service team with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide the return instructions and designated return address.
Do not return the product without contacting us first. Items sent without prior approval or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or missing items, HotvoiceAI will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, email info@hotvoiceai.com or contact our online customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
For standard exchanges, return the original product after approval and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
You must still email info@hotvoiceai.com or contact our online customer service team before returning the product to receive the authorized return instructions and address.
